Introducing the ScholarAI plugin for ChatGPT: Instant access to peer-reviewed articles with citations
Instantly find source material for your research with your new go-to source for verified academic insights, no hallucination, with sources cited
The Problem
ChatGPT is a great resource for researchers. However, there are two major drawbacks to using ChatGPT to develop your research.
Large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT hallucinate, meaning they make up answers that seem plausible rather than pulling directly from factual sources. This is a potentially fatal flaw for writing and developing source material. Human knowledge is built by stacking brick-upon-brick of tested conclusions, not from plausible guesses presented as facts.
LLMs don’t cite sources, and there are no easy ways to understand how they arrive at their answers to questions. They are inherently opaque under the hood.
Solution
That's where ScholarAI comes in—a groundbreaking plugin that seamlessly integrates peer-reviewed article searches into your ChatGPT conversations.

Is anyone else having issues activating it? All other plugins work but when I try to install scholar ai it does not work. Directs me to a URL with the following: auth.portal-pluginlab.ai/oauth/authorize surrounded by a bunch of numbers and just gets stuck there. Am I the only one?
Hi! Is this plugin still available? I'm unable to find it in the app store, unfortunately
